If anyone cares, absent of the "proof" that 2012-13 ML550s were equipped with 345mm rear rotors, I will assume that the poster made a mistake. Why? Because after several inquiries, all I could get out of Mercedes is that all 2012-13 ML550s were equipped with 330mm rotors, but these rotor were cross drilled instead of solid (I could not get a reason out of them why these cross drilled rotors can not be used instead of solid same size rotors on future MY ML550s and GLE43s). I've already provided part numbers above. There were several "aftermarket" websites showing availability of 345mm cross drilled rotors for some 2012-13 ML550s/350s, but most likely those were for 2012-13 GL550s/450s (and/or for non-US market cars).
Actually I found images of only one 2012 ML550 equipped with cross drilled rear rotors and they clearly appear to be 330mm/13" diameter, fronts are of course 375mm/14.8":
