2015 Mercedes ML350
Differential Fluid for 15’ W166 ML350
I am planning to change my differential fluid soon and I am wondering what type of fluid I should use. I’m choosing between Mercedes OEM fluid 001989330309, or royal purple 75W90 gear oil. Is it work spending the extra for OEM gear oil?

If it is a 4MATIC, then I discuss all of the required fluids and parts in this thread (I changed all of this late last year). This thread contains images of what I actually used. I recommend only using the OE fluids and/or MB-approved fluids listed on Mercedes-Benz's website.
