What exactly is this loud noise PT.II? (clip)

It all started last two nights ago and it's killing me.

Seems as there is a leak or something unplugged. As I move the camera you can hear the cold air blowing out of the engine bay so that's that!

Any insight on this issue is well appreciated.

Wish there was some light. Where is the cold air coming from? Have you turned off the AC? Could one of the belts be slipping or one of the pulleys whining, hence they or the system it controls are kaput? When was the last time you replaced the belts? Are there any other symptoms?

Sometimes the vacuum hoses going into the VCs crack from age and start whistling. I replaced these at 5yrs.

Was it the radiator fan?

radiator fan module stuck on high-speed mode..usually replace the fan module should fix it

Mine makes that noise when the AC is maxed out.
