M272 map reading software

Gentlemen,

I currently have the stock images of the two processors from the M275 5.5L. What software would you recommend to get started reading this? It is for my own car and I know a bit about flashing, control unites, etc. I extracted the flash BDM but understand Kess V2 can write to it.

I do this for purely enjoyment and would appreciate any ideas prople could toss out and will do my best to contribute!
