Throttle body Adaption
 

My cl600 2003 has been running badly it hardly runs and is not drivable

My fault code reader suggests the throttle body and I've had 2 merc techs run star on the car and find same fault

Throttle body adaption is not possible with old and new throttle body even with star doing the adaption

What would cause the adaption to fail and the 2 merc techs have no idea and i badly need my car back on the road no

Check wiring to the TB, connectors at the TB and M/E, test wiring harness between them as per DAS. If the actuation still fails, most likely the problem is in the M/E.

Carried out an ecu reset and re adapted the throttle body

Had 40mins of the car working perfectly then it went back to being faulty........

ECU won't reset now and can't adapted throttle body again
