Transmission swap: Delayed gear engagement and rough shifting

Hello, my name is Derek. I own a 2004 s600, and recently had to replace the original transmission (110k miles) with a used tested transmission from a private seller that originally came from a wrecked 2001 cl600 (42k miles).

After the transmission swap I noticed:
  1. There was a delay when shifting from park to reverse.
  2. When driving the car still jerks when changing gears.
  3. Car is extremely sluggish.
After researching online it was suggested to have the transmission adaptations reset by Mercedes Benz via star. I just picked my car up today and although it feels slightly different I am still experiencing the same issues I was before. If anybody can help or has suggestions Id greatly appreciate it.

You installed the transmission from a 367 hp car to a 500 hp car. You need transmission model 722.649.
