RPM limiting factor?

Hi guys.
Does anyone know why the rev limit is what it is on the m275? Is it because the factory manifolds and turbos don't flow well up top? What if a guy had some custom manifolds made and a pair of PTE 6266 turbos at like 25psi. Could I rev it to 7500 or so? This would be on a stock 5.5l engine. Does anyone know the power limits of a stock engine?

TIA

from what i heard thats out the peak power curve, so reving that high would be diminishing returns, unless you going to do a full engine redesign, (heads, cams, stroke, valves and porting, lighter crankshaft) but most important its a big engine reving high is good on the block, better with bigger turbos and adding boost

, but the old merc v12s, was more simpler for reving high, since the zonda was based on those v12's, but still lots of engine work.

Also i think ive seen your vids on youtube buick with v12 swap, and using single coil packs
