I just got into a car accident and my car is totaled so I am taking out some of the parts I have installed on the car. I sent in my ECU to get tuned by alpha tuning in Chicago. With the tun you will produce 701 hp and 830lbs of torque. It is such a difference I am deeply saddened I have to say goodbye to my babe. Hopefully someone else will enjoy this power as much as I did. I have attached the link to the page from alpha tuning I can also provide the invoice from the shop that sent it in. ECUs are married to the vehicle, so you can’t just take a tuned ECU and throw it in another vehicle. Correct me if I’m wrong.

You are correct, the ECU is tied to the car. It would have to be wiped clean and reprogrammed to the car it's going in. Sorry but you can't sell an ECU with a tune because it will have to be erased.
