My 1995 Mercedes-Benz E300 has been detailed, PDR performed, pictures have been taken...and it's time to see that it goes to a good home! If you, or someone you know might be interested, please feel free to contact me! It's definitely been well cared for, but just time to think about my priorities.
Exterior/body:
All lower cladding, front & rear bumper have been repainted back to the OEM matte finish as it had originally come from the factory. When I purchased the vehicle, it had clear coat issues on the hood and roof. I had both the roof & hood cosmetically repaired to the as you can see in the pictures.
The only rust on the vehicle was around the antenna seal on the driver's side rear quarter panel. When I had the other items repainted, I also had the antenna shaved and rust repaired. I removed the antenna not only because of the rust, but because of the retractable antenna.
The windshield was also replaced with OEM factory glass because of minor cosmetic chips. I also was able to find a reproduction MB windshield decal that came on the glass from the factory. I had to find the reproduction decal as the original decal is no longer available.
The OEM glass has been tinted. The tint on the glass when I purchased it was poorly installed. So I had the old window tint removed professionally, and installed new window tint as seen in the pictures. It was also installed to preserve the interior from sun damage.
Mechanical:
The OEM shocks were bad so I replaced them with Bilstein Yellow Sport shocks. The springs were also replaced with H&R sport springs. The vehicle was lowered slightly, similar to the same height or 'stance' as the w124 500E. All worn spring pads and shock rubber buffers were replaced with OEM factory MB parts. Alignment was performed after replacement of shocks & springs to correct suspension for the slight camber.
I have 2 sets of wheels & tires. One set is the original 15" wheels that I paired with Bridgestone Blizzak winter tires. The 2nd set of wheels are 16" OEM wheels that came off a w124 500E. They are the same wheel that the car originally came on the car, but in 16", paired with Continental ExtremeContact summer tires.
I do have copies of the invoiced service RO's for all of the repairs for the vehicle. Here is a list of repairs I have had performed at the dealership:

o Replaced outboard temperature indicator display found in instrument cluster (08/12/2016 @ 234,589 miles)
o Replaced metal fuel lines to the tank & (2) fuel filters (08/12/2016 @ 234,589 miles)
o Replaced hood pad/insulation (09/13/2016 @ 235,249 miles)
o Replaced DS/PS taillight assemblies & all bulbs (replaced OEM smoked taillight assemblies with OEM MB Euro taillight assemblies, 09/21/2016 @ 235,679 miles)
o Replaced aged wiper cowl at the bottom of the windshield along with installation of OEM windshield (09/21/2016 @ 235,679 miles)
o Replaced aged exterior DS/PS mirror gaskets (01/05/2017 @ 236,380 miles)
