Should work with a c217 S63 as well.

car hasd 3k miles when parts were removed. like new with no defects

If it's a c217 chassis it should. Install is not hard. Just have to trim some plastic in the rear where the stock mufflers are. If you call GT has meisterschaft they can assist you on fitment as well.
