May fit other years and models of R-class (R320, R500, R550, R63) - part numbers are listed, so it should be easy enough to check/confirm.
Still had these in a box in the garage - they were installed, but never used to tow as dealer couldn't get my car configured for the wiring to work. Car is long gone and I'm done with MB - had a C-class that had the expensive balance shaft issue and my R was such a POS that I ended up in a lengthy lawsuit with MBUSA that resulted in a settlement a few years ago. My receipt shows I paid close to $200 for everything from the dealer - if you don't like my asking price, make a reasonable offer on the parts and they can be yours.
