WTB: Lower mileage E55 preferably in or around Atlanta - ready to buy!

I prefer under 120k miles facelifted rust-free example, but will consider a higher mileage car that has been taken care of. I don't want a project, although some imperfections and minor stuff is to be expected. I will travel for the right car.
