Careful guys. So I call PayPal on how to handle this transaction so buyer and seller will be covered by Paypal’s Protection Plan.
Paypal says to have seller follow their link to send invoice to buyer. It will provide description, note any scratches or marks, authentic or replica, price and pictures. Then buyer pays and PayPal will cover if item does not arrive as described in invoice.
I send this to seller here and here is response:
”At the moment i cant send invoice from my paypal..Because i have issue with it..But you have the same protection sending simple transfer as invoice..”
I tell him again that PayPal will not cover with my financial transfer as being the invoice. That isn’t an invoice and it needs to come from seller anyways. I get this back:
”I have issue more then week..I talked with Paypal they fixing it..They said they will notification me when fix it..So..Just make simple transfer,you have the same protection,you shouldn't be worried about it.”
Now I am not accusing anyone of being a scammer but I will pass.
