Description:
Gold kit that includes everything to gold out your emblems and chrome trim on any SL prior to the 1990 body style. I have the gold star for the front grill, the gold emblem on the hood, the gold star for the trunk lid, the trunk lid bar across the back of the trunk lid, and the gold 560 SL emblem. Everything you need to make an amazing looking car. I did a 1989 SL in a custom jet black with a coat of pearl over it...not in it but over it, then everything that was on the car was removed and replaced with black pieces other than the above mentioned parts that were done in gold, and had the AMG 5 spoke mag wheels painted in a gold pearl...the car drew more attention than any car I have owned. There is also a burlwood shift knob with a gold stem that is really nice!!! If you can find these pieces in gold you will spend close to $1000 for all of them even though I don't think they make them anymore. I don't have SL's anymore and I have a CLK so nothing fits. I am willing to let these go cheap. $475 or the best "reasonable" offer.
