Description:
Hi, this is a great deal for someone looking for something short term! I negotiated a great lease (through MBFS) a couple years ago, but I'm now getting ready to upgrade, so I'm looking to pass this car on (lease transfer through MBFS) for the remaining lease term.
**For those unaware, "MSD's = Multiple Security Deposits". These deposits are paid at the inception of the lease and returned to lessee at the end of the lease. MSD's can be used to lower the monthly payment on a lease without making a "down payment" which is not returned. For this lease I applied 5 MSD's totaling $2250 which will be returned to the lessee (the person who takes this lease over) at the end of the lease, which is why I'm requesting $2250 upfront to take over the lease, in addition to the MBFS transfer fee (payed directly to MBFS, varies somewhat by state, but no more than $595 I believe, in some states $0!)**
Here are the detailed terms:
I (and the car) am based in Rochester, NY but this deal is open to anyone as long as you arrange to pick up or transport the car.
Exterior: Silver
Monthly Payment: $398 + tax
Drive-Off Amount: ~$550 MBFS lease transfer fee (varies by state, some states it's $0... + $2250 to me (MSDs)
MSDs: $2250 (returned to you at lease end)
Months Left: 11 (7/30/2020)
Current Mileage: ~24,000
Original Contract Total Miles: 40,717
Miles for rest of the term: ~16,000 (Not doing exact math as this is my daily commuter and I assume a deal would take a few weeks)
Original Term Length: 36 Months
Lease Start Date: 07/31/2017
Lease End Date: 07/30/2020
MSRP: $61,545
Flaws (All Pictured):
- Tiny chip in passenger side windshield from Fl highway driving - has had certified repair with paperwork
- Dime size scratch/dent below driver side door handle
- Small dent on passenger side rear wheel well
All within the bounds of "normal wear and tear"
