There were only about 15 E55 4MATIC's made and only 5 in the wagon.

I do not see why it would not. It’s the same in every way except for the 4matic all wheel drive option.
Due to the very limited number of these produced I have been unable to find very history on US import numbers. The only other all wheel drive that I know of is in Northern Europe.

Yes the car has a sunroof.
I have had several people from the US explore channels on importing it and have Not come up with any reasonable path. So it looks like at this time it will need to find a Canadian home in the near future

I'm late to the sales but.. man, that is a beautiful unicorn -- also really the perfect vehicle for a well-to-do soccer dad, aka me -- and deserves to be in a car collector's home. Like, a US collector who has the means could just buy it and park it in his storage and putt-putt around town in a dealer plate cause he's rich enough and gives no F's.
Would love to see the third row seats in action? Had 'em standard in the W210 E320 but unsure if they're in AMGs?

i re-imported a 996tt a year ago. It was a US based car that originally came through New Jersey, later to be exported to Canada. It was full body re sprayed and had lost the EPA sticker under the hood. I had to acquire a letter from Porsche certifying this car's EPA status. I'm not saying it won't work and certainly not raining on the sellers options, but buyer be aware that it can be a hurdle. Plus don't forget tariffs, though this car asking price isn't nearly as high. You'll pay customs, tariffs and local taxes. In my case it resulted in $11k over the actual asking price to land at my door. Just FYI
