Description:
As a hobbyist who loves pimp binders, I thought I'd get this in front of some eyes that can use 'em. I have these Ebay as well, which takes care of the deadbeat bidder (or seller) protection. Just figured it'd be a better place to get them in front of a pared down set of shoppers, who might not be shopping on the bay very often.
For those looking to upgrade your base X166 or W166 to these AMG units, you'll need the matching rotors and pads, which should be:
Front: 390x36, OEM# 1664210512, Zimmermann# 400.3698.20
Pads: D1291
Rear: 345x26, OEM# 1664230512, Zimmermann# 400.3699.20
Pads: D1630

While one could make them fit on the W204 platform if there were a deep desire, I'd not suggest doing it (and I'm pretty loose). The pistons here a bit larger, so your pedal will get softer, and the bias may be skewed. Add to that that the rear units on the W204 AMG are nice 4-piston units, and you're better off looking for the right set. Which, incidentally I have laying around, but they are not high on my list of refurb projects at the moment.
Good luck. They are easy to obtain, if you're serious about the upgrade. Approx $1,2K for a used set that will still need some artistry applied.
