You would need to check your offset and see from there. I would not know.
The wheel bolt and hub center are exact fit but offset is where you would need to calculate from this to yours.

Bolt Pattern: 5x112
Offset: +30 mm fronts & +40 mm rears
3mm difference from fronts on mine.. The rears are 1/2 inch thinner and 3mm higher then mine. The difference is not by much. Its possible it can work.
