New, OEM sunshade handle (including black backing plate that locks the handle into place) and vents for w202 C-class. Will fit any model year w202 C-class that has a glass sunroof and a black or gray leather or MB-tex interior. If you're replacing the headliner, a good idea to replace these as well because they can break with age or during the headliner removal.
