Hello,
I have a 2014 G63 engine that is locked up. Came out of a G that I bought with 67,000 miles on it. The G was in a small fender bender, the oil cooler developed a crack and all of the oil came out thus seizing the engine.
Turbos have no play and feel great. We had the oil pan off and it looked really quite nice inside with out any obvious scoring, BUT the crank hold downs were blue.
I replaced the engine with a brand new AMG crate engine and now the core is in the factory crate ready to ship anywhere.
I don't know how to value this engine, but if anyone is interested OR has a lead on a place that would buy this core please let me know! Just trying to recoup some of the cost.
