2012 C63 - Low Miles - Priced to Sell

I have owned the car for 4 years and only put ~10k miles on it. Car is garage kept, rarely driven in rain and never snow. Car is completely stock outside the tinted windows. Car overall is in really good condition, love it but looking to invest in something else. Car has keyless go, HID light package, dvd and nav, backup camera.
Car does have a few imperfections - all on the rear bumper (scratches on side of rear bumper as well as issues in the back of rear bumper which are pictured). I was quoted around $1100 to have them repaired to factory and this is reflected in the price. Car does need a new set of rear tires - I don’t drive it in the rain so hasn’t been a priority. Car does have service b indicator on due to time not mileage.

In photo #7, are you showing some sort of 'staining' of the paint?
Also, in #13, is the side of the steering wheel worn smooth or is it just the angle and lighting?

I'll upload some new pics. There is no staining of paint, the color you see is from the car condensating when I took it out of the garage. There are two small scratches in that pic, ill highlight them when I repost..
