2010 W212 E63 M156

I currently have a 2010 W212 E63 M156 and it was originally bought straight piped and my county is on my *** about passing emissions. I tried getting universal Flowmaster cats with all new o2 sensors and flashed ecu back to the current stock software and I can't get this car to pass. One of the cats seems to be fine but the other is just plain bad 2 months in. I tried spacers and siming the o2 and I can't a steady downflow voltage resulting in the dreaded P0420 & P0430. I this point i'm having to eat an original set of cats until I get a set of headers and move out of this county. Since my cars combination of W212 chassis and M156 engine is more rare than a W204 M156. Can I put a set W204 C63 cats on my W212 E63, seems like they have a different part number which makes me nervous because if this ECU starts messing with me about the voltage readings i'm going to lose it! I'm guessing if it fits then I should be good.
