Description:
A few years ago, I had a custom Alcantara covered steering wheel made by Ledermanz. And I have retained the old steering wheel from my W211 E63, but I had a reuse the aluminum shift paddles.
So, I installed the Alcantara covered paddles onto the old wheel, the wheel is still at my shop and includes the airbag. PM me if your interested in buying it, comes with paddles shifter, button controls and airbag.
I can post pics of the old wheel if needed.

The OEM wheel does include the airbag. I don’t know the exact cost to ship to Brooklyn, but would say around $25. As I just shipped a set of rear brake calipers to RI, and that was $35 and they were heavy.
I’m asking $500 for the wheel and airbag. If your still have interested, then provide a name and address.
