I am selling a phone system (or parts of that system) that was working and removed from my 2002 E320 sedan prior to junking the vehicle. It will work on most Mercedes from 2000-2005 with the D2B fiber optic system. There are various guides available that will tell you what is needed to get an operational phone in these vehicles. Be sure to read those guides so you know what you are getting and what is needed.
OPTION 1 (Bluetooth):
Mercedes V60 Bluetooth Adapter B6785856 and the Cradle Eliminator Cable Q6820976. Easiest way to get bluetooth on a 2002 - 2005 Mercedes with the Motorola v60 phone installed.

OPTION 2 (Voice Control):
Adding voice control to your D2B fiber system. The voice control is integrated with the audio system and works very well when using your phone. It is operated by the Push To Talk (PTT) stalk that mounts opposite of the cruise control lever. It is simple to use (pull lever to activate, push lever to deactivate) and install.
