Description:
These parts fit the 3-piston/side, red caliper, 390 mm/15.4 in, iron rotor brakes found on various AMG C63/S (and other Mercedes/AMG) models.
I have the following front racing brake pads (I replaced the C63 S with a GTR):
(2x) new/unused EBC RP-X (fulll race) front pads : part number DP81939RPX [$300 ea]
(1x) used 1 track day EBC RP-X (fulll race) front pads : part number DP81939RPX [$245]
new pads are 9.5 mm, used 1 track-day pads have 8 mm remaining
(1x) used OEM front pads with 6.5 mm remaining (10 mm when new) [$75]
(1x) used OEM rear pads with 8 mm remaining (11 mm when new) [$75]
The RP-X front pads are the best race/track pads I ever used and are the only pads I found that would last multiple track days at our local track ... a track known to be brutal on both brakes and tires. By comparison, EBC Blue Stuff street/track pads would last only 1 - 1.5 tack days!
The RP-X pads have excellent bite, both when cold and when you're rotor is 700+ deg C, along with super fade resistance (i.e., from pad gassing). Even with the bite, there's still good modulation/control. I also found they produced less rotor wear than other pads I used on the track.
Local pickup would be nice but I can ship if you pay the shipping costs.

If you purchase all 3 sets of the RP-X racing pads, I may throw in the OEM pads so you can use them in the off-season months for street running.
