Description:

I'm the only driver, although the CarFax:

CARFAX Vehicle History Report for this 2007 MERCEDES-BENZ CLS63 AMG: WDDDJ77X07A090724

...shows two owners.  I ordered it as my last company car, and kept it when I retired.  It's lived a pampered life, in climate-controlled garages between Portland, OR, Bonita Springs, FL, and Greensboro, NC.  The only option I didn't want was the primitive Voice Command of the day.  It has the Bluetooth "puck", which works flawlessly, and the DVD-ROM is the last one issued for the COMAND system.

Although CarFax doesn't show it, it has had one collision - we were rear-ended (submarined) by a woman in a Prius on I-205 near Portland State University in Dec. of 2009 - because it was still titled to my employer, and her insurance paid for the repairs, I have no documentation.  They replaced the energy-absorbing elements in the rear bumper assembly, the fascia, and the rearmost part of the exhaust system.  The work was performed at a shop certified by MBUSA, and contracted to Rasmussen's.

It's been lavishly maintained - recent repairs/replacements include the headlight leveling mechanism, the AirMatic suspension "bladders", and the torque converter being rebuilt - all that resulting from it sitting too long without being used.  As a precautionary measure, I had the rear main seal replaced while the torque converter was out of the way - it wasn't seeping, but better to have a fresh, soft one, in there.

The head bolt campaign on the M156 engine (one of the first in the U.S., delivered early November 2006) was done six years after I got it.  Brakes and tires, on all four corners, are less than 10,000 miles old.  Everything works as it should.

The picture is just to have something on the post, professional images are here:

The files are too big for this site to upload.

I hope to have it go to someone who will pamper, maintain, and revere it, as I have, PLUS drive it.  A black one went on BaT in March, for $26K, with 8K fewer miles, no pedigree, and an aftermarket infotainment system.  CarFax suggests $24,620, as shown.  For another MBWorld site member, I'll be happy to convey it, and all three key fobs, a fitted stretch-fabric cover, with the charger/maintainer harness in place on the service battery, for $22,500.

Contact through the site, or text/call (503) 539-8548.  My name is Chris.
