So you buy this wagon for $175,000 after taxes, take it to 20K miles in 2 years and now it's worth, how much ? I'd say about 90-95 as this high adjusted prices are not going to last for ever.

People have been buying wagons for over MSRP, there is definitely a market for these right now. There is a fear the v8 wagons may be a thing of the past and people are jumping on the chance to own these functional beasts before it's too late.

Yes, the 2018 E63s wagon for 130k listed on West Covina Mercedes and MBusa sold less than 1 week after listing.
Damn... I just got it out of my head that I should sell... I never drive it, but when I do it's almost religious experience. This market is nuts... and I love the earlier comment re: "inflation is transitory".
It’s α sedan in α less desirable color, options and less CCB or you can pick up a 2021 CPOed E63s wagon with 1-3k miles with comparable options for 200K+.
