I have 5 sets of Carbon fiber paddle shifters made for 2015+ Mercedes; these can fit older models but will need to have the steering wheel itself modified to fit the wider based paddle shifters. 

4 sets as shown solid piece carbon $300/set
1 set as shown paddle with holes $300

2 oem silver paddle sets: $150/set

also have 3 upper trim sets and one lower trim for 2019-2021 amg 
2 silver uppers $80/per
1 black upper and lower amg set $150
