Description:

This is the original AMG flat bottom steering wheel from 2015 ML63 with Performance Package.
 
Please note that this steering wheel does NOT support (Active) Lane Keeping Assist. If your current steering wheel supports (Active) Lane Keeping Assist and if you want to retain this functionality, then your current contact plate needs to be transferred over (along with damper for Active only). It takes an extra 10 minutes for your installer to transfer over.
  
The steering wheel's p/n is A 166 460 10 18 9G60 (16646010189G60, 166-460-10-18-9G60, A166-460-10-18-9G60). (9G60 is for black color. MB uses several different shades of black and 9G60 is one of them). 


Physically it fits all W166 2012-2015 MLs, X166 2013-2016 GLs and 2013-2018 W463 Gs. In some cases for vehicles prior to MY 2014, your current contact plate (this is for 2012 and 2013 MY only) may need to be transferred to this steering wheel. 

It is an excellent upgrade for non-AMG W166 MLs, X166 GLs and even W463 G550s equipped with standard steering wheels.

Steering wheel's functionality and cosmetic condition:

         1. All buttons and shift paddles were tested and are all in 100% properly working condition;

         2. All buttons, shift paddles and silver steering wheel trim are all in excellent cosmetic condition;

         3. The Nappa leather quality itself on the (flat) bottom of the steering wheel is in very good to close to excellent condition with very minor signs of wear; the Nappa leather quality itself on the top of the steering is in good to very good condition with some visible signs of wear on the very top.

         4. The Alcantara portion of the steering wheel is completely WORN on both left and right sides. This is very common with Mercedes' Alcantara Performance Steering wheels. However, the suede like leather layer under the worn out Alcantara is very pleasant to the touch and still looks OK.
