For sale by 2nd owner is my wife's 2006 Mercedes Benz E350 Base V-6 3.5 Liter 268 Hp Sedan with only 116,000± well-maintained miles or driven an average of 6,824 miles per year. Vehicle, now listed on Autotrader and, using their "in-house" generated statistics, shows an average of 204,000 miles, or 12,000 miles per year, for the same model year MB E350. 

We purchased the vehicle from Caliber Motors (Anaheim, California) in 2008 as a CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) and the vehicle has never been in an accident either before or during our ownership. I suggest any potential buyer purchase a Carfax report. 

The included Mercedes Benz OEM Build Sheet (PDF) shows the exterior color as Teallite Blue Metallic (353U) with a MB Tex-Leather Twin/Artico - Gray (138A) interior color. The driver's bottom seat was recently replaced with a new matching seat cover. Please see included pictures below as well as the attached build sheet, too, that will show all features and options.

Recent maintenance includes six (6) new Bosch Platinum Spark Plugs as well as a Mobil 1 oil change with an MB fleece oil filter in late 2021. Recent repairs include installation of a new Pierburg (OEM Part) intake manifold to correct a CEL (Check Engine Light - swirl flap issue endemic to E350's), camshaft position sensors (2) as well as an installed new auxillary features battery.

The car is detailed twice (2) a year and, up until the end of January 2023, was always garaged next to my 2005 C55 AMG. 

There is a new repair issue with the in-dash 6 CD changer that has a mechanical malfunction. According to the MB service tech, this is repairable.

The rear tires (Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 4) were purchased September 2021 and are in good condition; however, the front tires (Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+) were purchased in February 2019 will need to be replaced in the next year or so, depending upon the mileage driven. 

As with any 17-year old vehicle, there are some exterior chips & scratches in the paint that were touched-up with the OEM paint kit.

There is "No Warranty", either expressed or implied, as the vehicle is offered for sale on an "as is" and "where is" basis with all risks to be assumed by the buyer. Buyer assumes all responsibility of picking up and/or shipping the vehicle at his/her own expense, including re-registering the vehicle with the perspective state's department of motor vehicles in which the buyer lives as well as purchasing his/her own automobile insurance coverage.
