Description:

Redstar downpipes. Paid $740 + shipping less than a year ago. These have roughly 8k miles put through them. I did not have heat shield or 02 spacers with mine.
No pic of the actual ones, they're still on my car but I will be uninstalling them ASAP.

How's the noise? Did you have to deal with a CEL and does MI have emissions you needed to pass?

It sounds loud, but good honestly, I didn't have a CEL but I also have an adaptive tune that I think picked up that the cat was removed. So no CEL for me, but I do have a stage 2 tune.

MI there are no emissions, however you definitely get a hint of fumes when behind the exhaust. It adds a bit of a burble especially in sport + on downshifts. So if emissions are an issue in your state, I'm not sure how that works.

Let me know if you have any other questions. These things were sweet but I'm kinda over the loud and sporty feel and am going to drive this thing just as an everyday cruise. Until I get my next beast! Lol

Which tune did you have in it that eliminated the CEL? I can get around emissions so long as the cel isn't present.

Sorry, I'm not sure the exact brand of the tune. I have a local guy here who flash tunes the OBD with a program.

It is a Stage 2 tune though, any stage 2 tune you get will get you added boost and check engine light removal. I would call around your area for some tuners. I'm sure they can take care of you!
