Be advised the '03 -'05 front seats are not interchangeable with the '06 seats and later. There was a post on this in January in the W211 AMG sub-forum.

w211 E55 or E63 Seats
Hello. I just recently bought a pair of E55 Seats as I needed a new drivers seat cover. (no dynamic function on these seats) Upon inspection I rebuilt the passenger side and replaced all the air bladders. I now have an extra passenger seat in good condition with no tears if you are interested. (although I did not fix the side bolsters and lumbar support on the seat I removed.)
I also have extra seat frame components for the drivers side but my original covers are all torn. I had disassembled the seat completely to separate the bottom and top and remove all foam.
I know you probably need both, and the driver's side is harder to source. You can interchange the leather covers from the passenger and drivers side on the 03-06 w211. The seat back is easier to remove but the seat bottom takes a little more work.
Let me know if you have questions about the install or disassembly as I have gained all kinds of useless knowledge doing this.
