a complete Fi Exhaust high performance valvetronic system W/ Redstar 300 cell high flow downpipes. Material on the system is high quality T304 stainless steel. It is fabricated with an X-pipe for high end horsepower scavenging. mufflers. The exhaust was from an AWD CLS550, but I had brackets added and tweaked to be fully compatible with AWD CLS63S. I went with the 550 version of the exhaust, solely because of the black diamond tip, looks more fitting than the chrome/blue they offer for the 63. The valved mufflers originally required map tapping from the engine bay, but I thought that is kind of working against its purpose as you would have to start the car and then close the valves with the pneumatic pressure so I routed it to an aftermarket vacuum unit that’s powered by the 12V receptacle in the trunk.
The Redstar 300cc highflow downpipe can pass emission testings and will not trigger a check engine light.
