Thanks for the responses to all. Including a couple of scammers. As they said in Dirty Dancing, no one messes with Baby! After i called up the employers and found out that they didn't really work there, the scamsters were uncovered and brought into the light.
As for the bumper covers, I got a brand new, primered, replacement with shipping and tax for about $475. Thank you again and sorry but i'm not paying the $800 for used bumper covers! Keep holding on to those pieces of junk until one day you realize you're like 80 and need to "de clutter"
