Description:
I’ll add better pictures later just trying to get a feel for what I might be able to get from someone who appreciates a well cared for and highly modified 2019 GLC 63S in very very good condition.
price is in USD
The owner of PTG said he’d never seen one in better shape.
Entire life of vehicle on vancouver island/west coast weather (no sand/salt on roads, best possible environment in Canada = seattle weather but way better road conditions)
+hifi stereo will be extra (haven’t decided how much)
Reason for selling:
Looking for a less aggressive, more docile daily driver as my 992 turbo S with stage 2+ and other mods is now taking over the role of the ‘Wild car’.
Never taken to the race track and only launched from stand still about 10 or 15 times in the approx three years that I’ve owned it. Honestly, it’s had a really easy life on the West Coast. It’s barely seen any snow maybe 7 days total as it rarely snows here. Because I got the 992 turbo about a year after going to the Stage 4 turbo upgrade I really haven’t driven the vehicle very hard honestly probably did a wide open the throttle pull for about 3 to 5 seconds once or twice a week for a year and a half before I started to drive it like a grandma.
Has not had one single mechanical problem whatsoever since going to the stage 4 upgrade.
service B schedule just done.
Mods:
Wheel Spacers front and rear
10mm and 15mm approx
With extended lugs (42 draft designs)
H&R Trak+ DR / DRA Hub-Centric Spacers
CF steering wheel and leather/stitched airbag cover with seems improper place to allow proper deployment (i’m sure all these things as beautiful as they are are made in China lol)
PPF over interior carbon fibre centre console area
PPF over entire car except rear hatch
See pictures for the worst scratches on the car:
- front passenger side wheel is going to be refinished next week and will take a picture afterwards .
- See pic: Scratch on driver side front fender appears to be in the PPF only. Light scratching of plastic wheel well trim.
- We are tailgate: believe it or not occurred about two days after I PPF’d the entire vehicle except for that one spot lol
- Typical scratches on rear bumper loading area, see pic
All leather on the seats is an amazing conditions even in the typical high traffic rubbing areas
Rattles: I can’t stand them and spent about 12 hours taking apart dash pieces and putting padding and felt tape into various places until they were all gone. Literally no rattles anymore unless you’re on a really really crazy bumpy road.
Two sets of tires. Michelin pilot sport 4S’s with about 75% tread Life left and contact extreme winter snow high-performance tires also approximately 75% tread.
Brakes: rotors are still original but in great shape. I replaced the factory brake pads at about 25,000 km so 15,000 miles with Power stop ceramic sport z23 and sport+(?) pads (I believe the front pads are one level sportier, but I can’t find the plg’ing) which make virtually no dust and def no noise. The OEM pads have tons of life left on them that are very dusty and squeak sometimes.
hifi Stereo: will cost extra. This was a major project if anyone knows about Mercedes-Benz , they make this very difficult as there’s so many different modules that are interconnected. I’m probably just gonna take it out and save the parts for a future build unless someone really wants it.
List: Audison bit one digital processor
4x Hertz Mille legend Gen 2 and 3 6.5” woofers powered by a ESX QE900.4 (150W RMS per ch at least) 4 years old
Rockford Fosgate punch amp (2 years old) putting out approximately 100 W per channel powering top of the line Italia hi-fi tweeters from about five or six years ago (bought them slightly used from DIYMA member) and focal utopia M 3.5 inch mids purchased brand new about three years ago (I believe they were the absolute highest model at the time of the utopia line).
Helix mono ch amp powering the Pioneer 10 or 12 inch sub in the rear hatch area (no picture because there was coffee grounds and a bit of grass in the carpet that I hadn’t cleaned yet)
Powertrain:
Stage 4 Turbo package by Premier Tuning Group. These guys were awesome to work with. Ptg, 1000 turbos with upgraded fuel system and methanol injection kit with tank in the rear. It’s a beautiful custom tank that holds quite a bit of methanol (I haven’t had to refill it in four months, which tells you how much I push the car ) and has a good level sensor and very strong pump (also has a solenoid to make sure the engine can’t be flooded with methanol if you park on a downward slope). You can look up the kit on the Ptg website. Carbon fiber, air intake system. I can’t remember the make of it off the top of my head (Modul?) with S&B air filters.
Upgraded radiator from Ptg (honestly that was probably overkill unless you’re planning on doing a quarter mile pulls back to back to back) .
Catless downpipe from ZAC motorsports
It has a 93 octane tune on it right now and it’s doing approximately 750-775 hp
Exhaust: the factory valves and motors got stuck so I have them physically stuck into the open position so it can’t cause any kind of back pressure or damage during wide open throttle and I added a set of very small Flowmaster mufflers to tone the sound down so that right now it’s about as loud as the stock vehicle would’ve been with the valves open plus another 10 or 20% volume so nothing too crazy. No extra crackles or pops on the tune on deceleration as I hate that.
I have the factory catalytic converters, but the primary cats were just starting to show a bit of damage with the extra hp so I removed them from the downpipes and got rid of the secondary cats and added high-quality Gesi cats further downstream and a safer place where it’s cooler.
I’ll try to answer any questions as best I can but extremely busy running to dental practises and will also get better pictures up eventually too
