Up for sale is a 2001 Mercedes-Benz C240 Sedan (W203) in Desert Silver with a sunroof. My dad bought this car new in 2000, but he passed not long afterwards. We've kept the car for its sentimental value, but it barely gets driven these days and it's not worth the taxes/fees/maintenance to keep it. Mileage is just under 55k. Listing it here in hopes that it ends up in the hands of an enthusiast.
The car drives about as well as it ever did. Smooth, stable, and quiet. Last year, our mechanic (Mercedes expert who had, I believe, both a CLS55 AMG and a diesel E320 as personal projects) repaired the instrument cluster (including the LCD), replaced the accelerator pedal, and did the oil/filter change. He said the car is in good shape. I think the only notable issue is that the AC doesn't blow cold. I'm not familiar enough with the platform to say if it just needs a recharge or something more. I just recharged the AC on my daily driver, so I could probably get a pressure reading with the same gauge if someone wants me to.
