My 2023 C300 was spec'd from the factory to have the enhanced ambient lighting package (vents, door handles, armrests) but due to the chip shortage, it came with the standard package.

I went ahead and purchased aftermarket vent lights and interior pieces (door handles, trim pieces) kits to add the functionality. While waiting weeks for the kit to clear customs, I wound up trading in my car in for an E450.  If anyone is interested, make me an offer!
