Electrical & control modules: The W211's dual-battery and electronic management system is the single most expensive area to maintain. Almost all common failure points have been addressed — main battery (Mercedes AGM trunk-mounted) and auxiliary battery, battery management module (Bosch A2115404245), pre-fuse box F32 (engine bay top-left with brass studs), K57/K75 battery charge relay (cowl-area plaquette module), front SAM module, control module 211-540-86-45-80, wiring harness from engine bay, solder connector sleeve (211-546-11-41).

Interior: Both front window switches and regulators, programmable driver and passenger seat memory switches (PNs 2118217979 and 2118218079), genuine AMG aluminum pedal set, genuine Mercedes floor mats full set, upper trim cap (211-693-00-30).

Exterior: Chrome Avantgarde grille (luxury-style upgrade from sport grille), OEM rear bumper left molding (A2118800312) pre-painted in factory color (installed 2026), fuel filler door, alarm siren, rear antenna water seal (prevents the trunk water intrusion that destroys the W211 battery management system), wiper blades.

BODY RESTORATION

Two restoration projects performed by certified body shops, all genuine Mercedes OEM parts, all paint in factory Obsidian Black. No accidents, no structural damage, no frame issues — purely cosmetic.

Front-end and right side fully replaced new — front bumper, hood, fenders, right headlight assembly, and entire right side body panels. Rear-quarter restoration including OEM rear bumper cover (A2118800983), left outer molding, protect strip, tail lamp R&I, quarter panel refinish, AMG wheel, and new tire on that corner.
