The actual takeover can be done end of January 2018 with 30 months remaining on the lease contract. I'm getting an SUV with a 3rd row, and the E class just isn't big enough for my daily use.
Required Down payment: $1700 + $3,000( Multiple Security Deposits that will be returned to you at the end of the lease). For those who aren't familiar with MSDs, you will give me a total of $4700 of which $3000 will be returned to you, so your effective net monthly payment is still only $499/month (including NJ tax).
