But there is no reason to buy a low mile 06 M5 when you can buy a low mile 06 E55 and have a better, faster car for more than $5,000 less

That's not a very tactful response on a person's for-sale thread. I personally had an 06' CLS55AMG with Eurocharged mods before I bought the ///M5. People like different cars for different reasons. Consider being more thoughtful next time.

shocker, it’s a Mercedes forum but doesn’t want people to say instead of buying an m5 buy an e55

I've been passively looking at these for months, as I have considered adding one to my garage to sit next to my E55. This has to be the cleanest one I have ever seen, bar none. Wow. GLWS, someone is getting a gem.

Gorgeous car with very tasteful mods. I had an E46 M3 with Dinan gears and tune....and I will have another one day. That's the car I regret selling the most. GLWS.

I had one of those purple E36 M3s, that thing handled like a slot car!

I got to drive my buddies 07 M5 over the christmas break last year, those things are bi-polar, once it hits 6k rpm its crazy. Heads up display, bolsters move and the V10 is crazy.
