Might want to edit your add to reflect PO in 2005 drove the car 4000 miles a month, not the 1,000 a month you are claiming.
Has the SBC been replaced under warranty ( I think it ended 2 years ago)?
Any bags replaced?
It could aid in the sale if you go get a full dealer maintenance history from your local dealer.
IMHO strip the wheels back to the stock allow color. It pops more and will probably appeal to a larger market of buyers.

I sold my E55 on Tuesday this week. Total time on market was one week. I had full records for the 2.5 years I owned it, showing total of almost $5,000.00 worth of work.
OP's car value is between $5k and $10k. Not a penny more. Your car is not selling because it is priced too high. I had 3 offers in the range of $7,500 to $8,500 upon listing my car almost immediately.
