Interior is in exceptional condition 9 out of 10. Only issue that bothers me would be the driver's side seat belt strap has darkened over time and some light crease wear on the driver's side bottom bolster. Other then that pretty much flawless.
Exterior is 8.5 out of 10. Full detail just done on the car. Compound and polish. Paint is super clean. Issues, one ding over driver's side rear wheel, two very light dings on passenger's side rear quarter panel, and the tow hook cover is disfigured. I don't know how the PO pulled that off with the pdc right there. Slight curb rash on front driver's wheel (3/4" long) and tint is fogging up at bottom of window on passenger side. Created a white half moon effect.
Mechanically this car is perfect. There are zero issues. Everything works and works as it should.

A few extras on the car:
LoMo Lowering module --height can be adjusted through the steering wheel controls. Professionally installed and full corner balance and alignment done for height in pictures. (Performed by HG Performance)
All chrome trim and badges pulled off and painted black. (done by Chapparone Auto Body)

Brakes are at about 50% so plenty of life left.

Absolutely love the car, but really shouldn't have bought it. My wife is blowing through money on house projects like OBJ blows through snow on a one night bender.
