Better go ahead and get the PP dispute process going. Because you're not getting a $3k exhaust for $1,300. I would love to be proved wrong.

Just got told by the seller that the exhaust has been shipped...communication a little slow but so far so good.

nope, not yet. Not worried at all due to buyer protection of PayPal as well as the credit card i used to pay though paypal. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.....and im due since the last two too good to be true deals fell through. Fingers and toes crossed...
