Nice example of what looks to be a clean wagon, I just picked up a 2006 off of BaT and paid $32K with 53K miles and up to date maintenance I honestly think you would be well served to list it there as there are many people looking for exactly this spec/model. Best of luck with the sale of a great car.
After searching for a couple of years for exactly the right car my experience with pricing on these is that you'll find that cars with 35-45K miles are bringing around $42-45K and cars with slightly more miles like mine at low 50K miles are bringing $30's - low $40's.
