FS Euro Comand W211, 219

For sale Euro Comand, able to play DVD in motion. It has a dead pixel in the center, see pics. Otherwise works perfect. Just traded the car and replaced with the original non-euro radio. $60 shipped.

what is needed to make this work on a US market model?
Are there other differences aside from the DVD playback?

Should be plug and play.
At least it was in my W211 when I purchased a used Euro Comand from EBay and installed it in my car.
