The tune files are not transferrable since they are locked to my VIN. I believe the tuner, in this case, Eurocharged is able to unlock for a fee. You would need to reach out to them for more informationnin your specific model.

Eurocharged fee is $150 for the device unlock, just to keep you informed. Not bad at all versus the new device pricing.

do the other tuning shops use the same handheld, and thus can be unlocked (for a fee) and used elsewhere? thank you!
