Time to sell my first AMG!
A combination of getting married, getting a hefty raise at work and really really really wanting a C63 AMG led me to selling my C55. I've had it about 2 years and loved every second. What can be said that the C55 that hasn't already been said. In my ownership I've replaced a MAF sensor, tires, brakes (pads + rotors) and have done two transmission fluid flushes. The motor mounts and tye valave cover gaskets were just done this past week.
the bad:
the rear spoiler has faded pretty badly.
the rear of the headliner is sagging
my local mechanic and my iCarsoft scan tool seem to indicate that the AC compressor is on its way out. It still cools just not like it used too, gets better if the RPMs is high.
Im open to any PPI and truthfully I'd rather it go to someone who will appreciate the car rather than just letting it go to auction. The car has very solid bones engine and transmission but the devil is in the details like they say. The mileage will not go up by much since I work from home
