AMG RENNTECH GT S
In addition to the remaining factory warranty, I am including a transferable 6 year 100,000 mile extended warranty with the car. I paid $3000.00 for it. It will cover anything that Mercedes might deny if they determine the damage was caused by the RENNtech mods, though it's extremely unlikely any damage will occur at all. RENNtech is the most renown Mercedes tuner in the world and they work side by side with AMG.
Check the warranty out, it's offered by Freedom Warranty of America and the product is called FREEDOM COMPLETE.

Car is very nice and I always think its cool when people have the nerve to modify a 100 plus thousand dollar car and really make it run to its full potential. BUT.... in no way shape or form is anything power train related under warranty after the ECU has been altered and by NO MEANS does renntech work hand in hand with Mercedes Benz. The small and I mean small chance that anything would happen to this engine or transmission it will NOT be covered. Honesty is rare in the tuner world and Renntech is one of the most dishonest as it comes to telling people they work with Mercedes Benz and their products will not alter the power train warranty. Personally I have been a customer of Weistec for years and what I appreciate the most is the brutal honesty of MODIFY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

a person who appreciates individuality and tasteful mods... will certainly appreciate this car.
Just as a counterpoint, I've heard good things about Renntech... but I do not have firsthand experience with them.

I am commenting because the car caught my eye and I enjoy reading and I feel sorry for people who are sold the lie that renntech tuned cars are covered under factory warranty. A TUNED CAR IS 100% not under warranty. Blow up a m178 engine that costs close to 90k out of the mb parts department and see if the dealer or renntech pays for it because mbusa sure wont.
