Had this on my 2008 W211 E63.
Thicker in all proportions, slightly smaller, shaped slightly different at the grip areas near 11 and 2 o'clock, 9 and 3 o'clock, and 8 and 4 o'clock and flat along the bottom. Air leather on the sides and solid leather on the top and bottom.
May fit other models, but I don't know, depends on your airbag. It was a bolt on swap and used the OEM airbag on my year and model. Has paddle shifters already so you don't have to swap yours, but you can if you want.
