Description:
I'm selling my 2002 E55 AMG which I bought it back in February 2020 with just over 140k miles from a private seller in Eastvale, CA. Since then, I have put a good 4k miles to it (i do roadtrips, so mostly highway miles). I was planning to keep the car for a while but unfortunately I have to move back to my home country next month.
- MY 2002
- VIN: WDBJF74J62B393717
- about 144k miles
- Brilliant Silver Metallic/Black Leather
- Clean Carfax title/No accidents
- Service records
- 2 original keys
- Original Booklets/manual
When i got the car it was in a pretty good physical shape (CA car, no rusts) but not in a really good mechanical shape and the AC was also not working. I replaced a few major stuff on the car since i was planning to keep it for a while and I did most of the maintenance stuff myself in my garage (DIY). I also checked on the undercarriage (bushings, flex disc, etc) and everything looks pretty good. I have put around $3500 for the maintenance of the car since i bought it 3 months ago, here's the break down of what I did:
Maintenance done since March 2020:
- New OEM brakes (rotors, pads, sensors)
- New front Michelin Pilot Sport AS3+
- Valve cover gasket + breather valve gasket
- Ignition tune up: Spark plugs + Wires (NGK, Bremi)
- Oil + filter change (Liqui Moly Molygen 5W-40)
- Transmission fluid flush
- Coolant flush
- New Denso A/C Compressor
- New Koni yellow adjustable front shocks
- Wheel Alignment
- New rear window regulator (driver and passenger side)
- Driver side rear door lock actuator
- New Transmission mount
- Shifter linkage bushing
- #1 spring pads (not installed yet)
- Engine mounts (not installed yet)
*I have a google sheet with all details of the maintenance.
- Car is pretty much stock except the S55 wheels (got the car like that and everything on the car works. It has the optional navigation head unit that works great with the Bose sound system. There are also NO dead pixels on the instrument cluster and climate control unit.
Cons: Typical headliner sag and minor driver seat bolster torn (see pictures).
Price is slightly negotiable. I'll take best offer.
